Family Solicitor

Job DescriptionThis Legal 500 firm is seeking a Solicitor to join its successful Family department. Due to the department’s expansion, they are looking for a proactive Solicitor who can start immediately and manage a diverse caseload.Responsibilities:• Caseload Management - Handle a variety of matters, including Divorce, Finances, Separation, Family Law Act proceedings, Civil Partnerships, Cohabitation Disputes, Pre and Post Nuptial Agreements and Children Act work• Client Interaction - Conduct initial consultations and provide thorough representation at court• Community Engagement - Participate in the firm’s charitable and community activitiesRequirements:• Experience - Proven experience in family law and managing a diverse caseload• Skills - Strong communication and representation skills• Commitment - A dedication to the firm’s values of community support and charity workIf this sounds like the Family Solicitor role for you then apply via the link or contact Dan Craddock @ G2 Legal Recruitment.
