Key Responsibilities:
Meet with clients to discuss their family law issues, providing clear and empathetic advice.
Handle a diverse caseload of family law matters, including divorce, separation, child custody, and financial settlements.
Represent clients in court proceedings, ensuring their interests are effectively advocated.
Draft and review legal documents such as agreements, petitions, and court applications.
