About the Role

Within this Family Solicitor role, you will be responsible for running your own caseload of matters including:

\n
• Divorce
\n
• Separation Agreements
\n
• Finances
\n
• Civil Partnerships
\n
• Unmarried couples
\n
• Prenups
\n

\n

\n

About you:

\n

\n

The successful candidate will ideally be at the NQ level and above, up to around 3 years PQE. If you are newly qualified, you should have at least 6 months previous experience at a Paralegal level or undertook a Family seat during their Training Contract, be commercially aware, highly organised and able to demonstrate fantastic technical expertise within Family Law.
