Fashion Store Manager

As Fashion Store Manager, you will be the face of this village retail luxury clothing outlet store. With over 25 years in the Village, it is well known to both day trippers and loyal locals. Customers expect exceptional levels of customer service, and you will play an important role in creating an amazing shopping experience. We are looking for candidates who can hit the ground running to maintain the customer experience, lift sales, and motivate the team.You will have full responsibility for the running of the store, supported by a small but long-serving team of 4. Your focus will be on delivering store targets and maintaining retail operational standards both on the shop floor and back of house. There are rotas to produce, colleagues to train, deliveries to unload, promotions to arrange, products to merchandise, and window displays to set up, so you will certainly be kept busy.You will be able to demonstrate an excellent record of face-to-face customer service in a retail environment and have great communication skills, along with managerial experience.
