28/06/2024 Hospitality Fit-Out Quantity SurveyorWe’re currently recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor to join a market leading and growing Fit-Out and Refurbishment contractor within the Leisure and Commercial markets, project examples include; cinemas, bars, restaurants, museums and hotels to name a few.Main RoleYou will liaise with other internal team members in pre-construction and operations to manage the projects from estimating and tender stage through to cost management and handover.This role is for an established and growing contractor who specialise in full commercial fit out and refurbishment works for a variety of clients. You will have an established team around you consisting of Project Managers, site managers and Foreman so you will be overseeing the teams along with the day-to-day management of a portfolio of projects.Responsibilities• Work within established commercial and operations team in preparation of competitive tender offers• Undertake site visits to establish and verify asset information provided as part of the tender documentation• Undertake a full analysis of tender returns received during the tender processExperience• Proven record in fast track fit out contracts• Wider knowledge of the joinery and fit-out• Used to site visits and client facing activity• Excellent analytical skills are essential, as are numeracy, literacy and communication skills in English• Computer literacy in MS Office, ProjectPoints of Appeal• Established contractor with a long pipeline of work and large varied client base• Autonomy in the role with prospects of progression to higher management in the company’s commercial team in the foreseeable future• Flexibility of hours and remote working encouraged• Competitive salary and benefits
