Our client is seeking a skilled and motivated Fast Track Personal Injury Fee Earner to join their team in Doncaster on a hybrid basis. They are a reputable law firm renowned for their expertise in handling personal injury matters, with high quality work.

The Role

As a Personal Injury Fee Earner, you will manage a diverse caseload of fast-track matters, largely Road Traffic Accident claims. You will handle each case from instruction to completion, providing expert legal advice while maintaining high standards of client care. Additionally, you will play a key role in upholding the firm's strong reputation for excellence in personal injury law.

Key Responsibilities

\n
• \nHandling a range of RTA and EL/PL claims from instruction to post-completion.
\n
• Advising clients clearly and concisely on legal matters.
\n
• Preparing and maintaining file documentation in line with compliance requirements.
\n

\n

About You

\n

\n

The ideal candidate will be proactive, client-focused, and ready to make an impact. You will have:

\n

\n
• \nExperience managing your own caseload of personal injury claims, specifically RTA and EL/PL matters.
\n
• \nStrong technical knowledge of personal injury law.
\n
• Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, with a focus on client care.
\n
• \n1+ PQE as a Chartered Legal Executive or non-qualified fee earner with sufficient experience
