Female PE Teacher

We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Female PE Teacher to join our secondary school team in Leeds. This part-time position is available from September to December, with working hours on Mondays and Tuesdays.

Schedule: Mondays and Tuesdays, September to December

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or a Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE).

• An Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to apply for one.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to inspire and motivate students.

• Commitment to promoting equality and diversity in the PE curriculum.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in teaching PE at the secondary level.

• Knowledge of a variety of sports and physical activities.

• First Aid certification is a plus.

• Plan and deliver engaging and inclusive PE lessons that cater to a range of abilities and interests.

• Foster a positive and encouraging learning environment, promoting physical fitness and a healthy lifestyle.

• Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and support.

• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall educational experience and contribute to school-wide initiatives.

• Ensure the safety and well-being of all students during PE activities.
