Thera East Anglia has an exciting opportunity available for a Female Support Worker to join our team based in Sheringham, Norfolk . You will join us on a permanent basis , with full time, part time or relief hours available . In return, you will receive a competitive salary of £13 per hour.
About the Female Support Worker role:
As our Female Support Worker, you will be supporting 4 wonderful ladies who live together.
Their home is an extremely well-equipped bungalow which has a lovely homely feel to it.
All 4 ladies lead busy lives and would like to participate in lots of community-based activities.
The role will be varied and not only will you become a positive role model in their lives, you will be supporting them with many aspects of daily living such as shopping, preparing meals, housework and support with personal care.
The current staff team are extremely dedicated to the people they support and between them, have years of experience.
You will be able to draw on this experience and expertise if you are successful.
You will also have the full support of our very 'hands on managers' who don't just sit in an office all day! All our managers are a real presence in support locations which is invaluable in creating a caring, nurturing environment for our staff teams.
