We are seeking an experienced Health Care Assistant to join a Young People's supported living facility Telford. The ideal candidate will have experience in residential care, mental health and a passion for providing high-quality care and support to young people.

Requirements:

• Female only position


• Experience with young adults with mental health, complex and challenging behaviour


• Full UK Driving licence desireable�


• Clear DBS

Responsibilities

• Create a safe and nurturing environment for young adults


• Support young people through their daily routines


• Act as a role model


• Maintaining a safe and clean home environment


• Following Care plans and Risk Assessments


• Communicating with residents and colleagues
