A leading innovator in Microbiology diagnostics is seeking a dynamic Field-Based Application Specialist to join their Technical Support team!
Key Responsibilities

• Provide pre- and post-sale support for a wide range of products, from wet microbiology to molecular diagnostics.
• Conduct demos, installations, on-site training, and after-sales technical support.
• Lead customer presentations and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
• Work closely with Sales, and Marketing.
• Travel nationwide, collaborating with a sales and customers.

What You'll Bring

• Degree in Molecular Biology or equivalent, with experience in nucleic acid extraction and PCR.
• Experience with laboratory software, bioinformatics, and automated bacteriology solutions.
• Previous field support experience preferred.
• Willingness to travel across the UK.
