Field-Based Sales Manager
�40,000 - �45,000 per annum + Car Allowance and Bonus
Primarily home-based with regular travel across the South East region and occasional travel to the Leicester site.
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field-Based Sales Manager to join our client in the Access Equipment/Elevating Work Platform sector. This is an exciting opportunity to drive sales, build relationships and expand market presence across the South East region.
Key Responsibilities:
� Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
� Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the sector.
� Conduct client visits, presentations and product demonstrations.
� Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.
� Provide excellent customer service and after-sales support.
� Monitor industry trends and competitor activity.
� Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements:
��Proven experience in a field-based sales role within the access equipment, construction equipment is essential
� Strong negotiation and communication skills.
� Ability to work independently and manage a sales territory effectively.
� A proactive and target-driven mindset.
� Full UK driving license (car allowance provided).
