Your responsibilities will include:💛 Caring for Clients: You’ll assess individual needs, create thoughtful care plans, and make sure every person we support receives the highest standard of care.💛 Supporting Your Team: You’ll guide and uplift our care staff, providing supervisions, carrying out spot checks, and being the person they can turn to for advice and encouragement.💛 Ensuring Excellence: You’ll help maintain a safe, effective, and high-quality service by keeping a watchful eye on compliance and best practices.What We’re Looking ForWe’d love to hear from you if you have:✔️ Experience & Qualifications: NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care and hands-on experience in domiciliary care.✔️ A Strong Skill Set: You understand what great care looks like and know how to create thoughtful care plans, assess service user needs, and communicate with warmth and clarity.✔️ A Practical Approach: A full, clean UK driving license, access to a car for work, and the ability to travel within 30 minutes of Bromley.Most importantly, we’re looking for someone with a kind heart, a reassuring presence, and the leadership to inspire others to deliver truly exceptional care.
