Field Engineer

We are recruiting for this forward thinking business that continues to grow in the Bristol area. They are currently looking for a Field Engineer in the Telecoms/IT sector.

Your day to day duties will be installing, maintaining and problem solve client issues. You will be visiting client sites primarily installing new equipment. You will have Cloud Telephony experience both installation and support. A sound understanding of SIP telephony protocol, proven hands on network engineering expertise, knowledge of Draytek, Ruckus and UniFi equipment. Understanding of the OSI or TCP/IP model as well as firsthand experience with monitoring, network diagnostic and network analytics tools. You will of course have excellent communication skills and possess a high attention to detail.

You will be instrumental in working with the provisioning and sales teams to ensure solutions are built and delivered to meet customer expectation. You will attend project meetings and ensure stakeholders are updated regularly with progress throughout the project delivery phase.

In return the company offer a salary of between £28,000 - £35,000pa. plus company car, laptop and mobile.

General working hour of 8.30am - 5pm Monday to Friday.
