Responsibilities of a roofing sales consultant include:
Diagnosing damages or needed repairs with new and existing customers
Direct customer communication throughout the sales process�and roofing process
Communicating with vendors and subcontractors
Completing roofing inspections
Actively pursuing residential restoration roofing sales in neighborhoods damaged by storms
Assisting customers in selecting materials and colors
Developing leads through personal marketing
Inspecting roofs and property to determine the scope of damage
Becoming a trusted advisor to existing and new customers
Familiarizing themselves with the company's products and services
Conducting roof inspections prior to working with new customers
Meeting revenue and business objectives
Resolving customer inquiries and complaints
Must be reliable, and presentable to represent�the business professionally. This is a full time position with option of company vehicle or use of own vehicle and claim mileage. Knowledge of roofing materials is not essential as training can be offered ideally similar product would be advantage - construction, windows / doors
