Location - London Salary- £25,000 - £36,000 including £6k bonus25 days holiday plus bank holidaysFree London travel card (use any time)WHO WE ARE – We are a sales team with a passion for healthy food & drinks. We believe healthier eating leads to happier lives so we’re proud to grow exciting challenger food brands from startup to £10m+ by winning listings and managing accounts in all UK retail channels. We have strong relationships in the premium grocery and health food sectors and we specialise in selling vegan and organic food & drink brands such as the award-winning best-selling COCOS Organic and NUSH dairy free yoghurt brands. WHAT WE NEED – We are looking for a motivated and pro-active salesperson with a passion for healthy foods to join our fast-paced sales team! The role includes business development and field sales in Central London. We’re looking to increase the number of health stores, cafes, delis, convenience stores and gyms who stock our amazing food & drink brands! KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:-
Visiting London health shops, cafes, delis, independents, gyms, yoga studios to present our range of food & drinks and to gaining new listings & increase facings-
Building relationships with key retail decision makers-
New listings and upselling of our portfolio of brands by taking transfer orders for direct delivery or fulfilled by our wholesalers-
Implementing in-store Point of Sale, optimising position in stores / on shelfs (merchandising) to increase brand visibility and monitoring stock availability-
Handling new business enquiries and launching NPD in existing and new customers -
Work closely with wholesalers and maintain a strong relationship with their reps-
Feedback to the National Account Manager with weekly sales reportsTHE CANDIDATE - The ideal candidate is a self-motivated, reliable, outgoing individual with relevant sales experience and a keen interest in healthy living & food. Your passion for healthy food & drinks will allow you to have great conversations with prospective store managers to build mutually beneficial sales growth. This is a sales target-based with a rewarded bonus structure – ideally suited for someone who likes to win business and is success orientated. Sales experience (ideally in food & drinks)·
Reliability, enthusiasm for healthy food & drinks and upbeat can-do attitude·
Excellent verbal English communication and interpersonal skills·
Knowledge and understanding of UK health food sector ·
Field sales based – quick and easy access to London ·
Email and basic MS Office capabilities
