Location: North East 
Salary - £25,000 - £30,000 - OTE £65,000
Elevation Recruitment Group is thrilled to be recruiting a Field Sales Executive for a highly regarded construction materials and recycling business. Leaders in their field and big on company culture this is an opportunity not to be missed. 
This role will be focused on growing new business opportunities and existing account base in the North East of England. This is a fabulous opportunity for a driven salesperson to join a thriving team.
Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and field visits.

• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.

• Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and industry developments to identify opportunities and threats.

• Prospecting new business both over the phone and face to face, having full autonomy of your diary

Skills and Requirements

• A bold, driven, salesperson who has a track record of exceeding targets

• Ambitious, determined individual who thrives in a strong team environment

• Experience in a field based sales role, planning and executing own diary optimising your own time

• Experience within the construction industry selling into the likes of housebuilders, developers, contractors is desirable

• This role requires a UK driving licence
