Field Sales Executive

Our client, a leading provider of specialist products for a niche industry, is looking for a Field Sales Executive to join their team, taking on and growing an existing territory in the South Wales area.
The Field Sales Executive is responsible for:
·Carrying out client visits, both at businesses and customer homes to make physical assessments
·Delivering excellent customer service and building relationships with customers and clients
·Working to reach, and exceed, sales targets
·Travelling - in a company vehicle - to sites all around the South Wales area
·Accurately recording communications on the CRM system
 
We are looking for a Field Sales Executive with:
·A full, clean driving license is a must for this role
·Previous experience in a sales role, ideally out in the field
·Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage your own workload efficiently
·Excellent customer service skills and the ability to build rapport easily
·A caring and empathetic outlook, as our client does work with mobility-impaired customers who may be in
·A 'base' to work remotely in the South Wales area, with ad hoc (approx. monthly) visits to Head Office, near Tewkesbury, Gloucestershire
 
This is an exciting opportunity for someone ambitious, who can pick up an existing sales territory, but also understand there is huge potential to grow in the area and reap a substantial financial reward and career growth prospect. This is a full time role, working Monday-Friday, with a basic salary of £25kpa, plus commission that will be guaranteed for year 1 to ensure you earn £35k. Commission is uncapped so once you are fully up to speed you should be earning closer to £50k pa. The benefits offered include a company vehicle and an excellent holiday package.
