If so, we have an exciting opportunity for a Field Sales Executive to join our sales team.The role is a varied role with the main responsibility to provide customer-centric sales advice andsupportwhilst working towards sales targets in accordance with company sales forecasts.The role also consists of administration of the sales process, liaising with purchasers, prospective purchasers, financial advisors, solicitors and estate agents and attending Home Demonstrations, customer hand-overs for all the regions sales outlets whilst maintaining an excellent customer experience.
This position requires flexibility in terms of working hours and days of work, which does include weekend working. It is a varied and interesting one, encompassing skills and responsibilities from different areas.This role is ideal for someone who thrives in different environments and challenges, with the overarching goal tosupportthe Gleeson mission of changing lives by providing quality, low cost homes where they are needed for the people who need them the most.

This will be working around the South and West Yorkshire region.
The Ideal Candidate:
Selling
Follow up all marketing leads
Achieve target sales
Meet with clients, assess their needs and qualify
Activelysell the Gleeson Options range of Extras
Liaise with all interested parties (clients, solicitors, estate agents, etc.)
Customer follow-up
Administration
Market research and competitoranalysis
Maintain the customer enquiry database
Computer skills including COINS (COINS training available and ongoing)
Completion of weekly Build/Sales meeting minutes where applicable.
Housekeeping
Maintain the high standards of the sales areas and completed plots including external and internal monitoring, reporting, snagging and instructing.
The Ideal Candidate:
Experience within customer services Face to Face with or without new build experience, Marketing background or Retail background acceptable
Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service
Personable, well presented, and composed at all times
Immaculate communication and presentation skills
Anactiveteam player, encouraging their team and themselves to succeed
Self-motivated,determined, and efficient
Ability to adapt to different surroundings on a day to day basis
A full driving licence
Able to represent the Gleeson brand to the highest of standards always
Prepared to travel to all sites in the Yorkshire South & West Region
Good IT skills with an understanding of Microsoft Outlook, Teams and Excel.
