This pivotal role blends direct sales responsibilities with team leadership, offering a pathway to future management opportunities. You will be responsible for driving territory growth, coaching team members, and fostering relationships with key opinion leaders and healthcare professionals. Reporting to the National Sales Manager, you will also contribute to key initiatives, forecasting, and budgeting to ensure the success of the team and portfolio.
In addition to supporting and developing your team you will also be responsible for the development of the southern region with a focus on accounts in London and South East England.
For this key role we are seeking candidates with previous experience in vascular access products with a challenger mentality, coupled with strong organisational skills and a demonstratable sales track record.
