About the Role:

As a Field Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth by:

• Building strong relationships with Mechanical & Electrical Contractors and key accounts in the region.


• Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in sectors such as commercial, education, healthcare, and modular build.


• Conducting engaging presentations and demonstrations of their innovative lighting controls products.


• Managing the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to order fulfillment.


• Collaborating with the sales team to achieve shared goals and foster a positive team culture.

About You:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• Proven experience in specification sales in the lighting or construction industry.


• A self-starter mentality with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.


• A strong understanding of technical concepts, such as electrical or mechanical engineering.


• A target-driven approach and a passion for achieving results.


• Proficiency in using technology and social media platforms.


• A valid UK driving license.
