At FloEnergy we offer residential and commercial customers the chance to purchase into the renewable energy market. Being MCS registered and members of HIES we want to maintain a high standard of professionalism when it comes to selling in customer’s homes. We offer a quick turn-around from sale to installation and commission is paid weekly on installed business!



Field Sales Representative - The Role:



Visiting pre-arranged 'Warm’ leads, which have contacted us via various sources, build a relationship and guide them through the sales process.



You will be provided with 3/4 appointments a day with leads who have already expressed interest in purchasing Solar Panels or upgrading their current system. You will be fully trained on quoting the customer on the best systems suited to them and will be rewarded with handsome commissions on successful purchases.



We are looking for motivated, career orientated individuals who have an abundance of energy and a positive attitude to meet targets and hit personal as well as professional goals. This role is heavily commission based.

· Solar PV Upgrades



· Battery Storage



Ideal candidates will be:



Good communicators - Advanced in face to face direct sales.

Target driven - At FloEnergy we all work in a targeted environment; it is essential that any new member of the team understands the importance of meeting targets.

Professional - Every team member must ensure that they conduct themselves in a professional manner, whilst always ensuring they are well presented.

A Positive Person. We pride ourselves on a positive environment to work in and need like-minded people to work alongside.

A proven track record of doing well in a sales environment.

Comfortable and confident working on a commission only based structure.



Field Sales Representative - Requirements:



Full UK Driving License

Target driven

Experience in Solar PV or Home Improvements
