This role involves diagnosing and fixing machine breakdowns, performing routine maintenance, and training customers on the safe and effective use of the equipment. Additionally, it includes promoting the sale of tooling, maintenance contracts, and associated machinery to support customer needs and enhance sales. Overall, the position combines technical service with customer education and sales support.

THE ROLE:

• Diagnose and repair machine issues while performing regular maintenance on equipment.
\n
• Train customers on safe operation, maintenance practices, and troubleshooting.
\n
• Promote tooling, maintenance contracts, and additional machinery sales to support customer operations.
\n

THE PERSON:

• Electrical bias - knowledge of electrical schematics, hydraulics drawings
\n
• Based around the M4 corridor - from Northampton to Bristol
\n
• Full UK Driving license
\n
