Field Service Engineer – entry level

Our client is a leader in intelligent key and asset management technologies. They have a need for a Field Service Engineer to carry out planned preventative maintenance across various products within their range. This is a customer facing role and requires the highest level of customer service to meet the standards of our blue-chip customer base. This role will cover central UK but ideally base location can be anywhere in the following areas; Northampton, Peterborough, Milton Keynes, Coventry, East Midlands.
This is an entry level role with full training being given as required and the potential to progress within the organisation over time.
Self-motivated, trustworthy and honest, you will have the ability to work on your own initiative, with good numeracy and IT skills.
You will have great communication skills with proven customer service experience. You will also be able to demonstrate good problem solving and administrating skills adopting a ‘hands on’ approach and a ‘can do’ attitude.
