Alexander James Recruiting is currently working with a leading dealer of material handling equipment looking to recruit a new Field Service Engineer to service a growing fleet of trucks across the South of England. With a competitive basic salary and a number of other benefits, this is a great opportunity for an experienced engineer looking for a new position.
Responsibilities
- Servicing a client base across Berkshire region with a focus on servicing forklift trucks
- Fixing and servicing other, related material handling & specialist equipment to include access and pallet trucks
- Ensuring excellent customer service and representing the company in the right way when visiting customer sites
- Attending the workshop from time to time and occasionally working on call
Requirements
The company have a preference for an individual with experience within the Material Handling industry. However, this isn't essential, they would also be interested in speaking with candidates with a background in plant hire, powered access, commercial vehicles or other industries with a strong hydraulics/mechanical focus. You will ideally be based in Berkshire or within commutable distance.
