Package:

• Salary: £27,000 - £31,000 per annum
• Employment Type: Permanent
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday (no mandatory weekends)
• Overtime: Available
• Incentives: Two performance bonuses per month

Duties:
As a Field Service Engineer, you'll play a crucial role in delivering top-notch service and support to our customers. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Installation: Accurately install home water systems with professionalism and attention to detail.
• Maintenance & Repairs: Promptly maintain and repair systems to ensure optimal functionality.
• Product Demonstration: Conduct engaging demonstrations to highlight the features of our systems.
• Customer Relations: Build strong relationships with customers through clear communication and exceptional service.
• Service Records: Maintain accurate records and provide feedback for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Personable & Communicative: Friendly demeanor with excellent communication skills.
• Field Service Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.
• Plumbing Proficiency: Basic plumbing skills are essential.
• Reliability: Dependable and able to work independently.
• Valid Driver's License
