We are looking for an experienced Field Service Engineer to join our clients' team in the Midlands. T
his role involves diagnosing, servicing, and repairing a range of construction machinery, ensuring their customers receive the highest standards of service. As a customer-facing position, you'll build strong relationships, deliver professional service solutions, and frequently collaborate with manufacturers to provide exceptional support.
Key Responsibilities
� Conduct machine diagnostics, servicing, and repairs across a range of equipment.
� Develop and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring satisfaction at every touchpoint.
� Promote and present a professional image, delivering service solutions tailored to customer needs.
� Liaise with the manufacturer to ensure effective communication and service standards.
Requirements
� Qualifications: NVQ Level 2, 3, or equivalent, with experience in construction, HGV, or agricultural machinery.
� Technical expertise:
� Hydraulic systems (open and closed loop).
� Axles, manual and power-shift transmissions.
� CAN-bus electrical systems.
� Experience with heavy construction or equivalent machinery.
� Full UK driving licence.
� Portfolio of certifications and achievements.

Working Hours
Basic: 40 hours/week (08:00 - 16:30).
Overtime: After 8 hours, the first 4 hours paid at time and a half; thereafter, double time applies.
