Field Service Engineer

We have an extremely exciting opportunity to join an ambitious and growing market leader as a Field Service Engineer within ENT, Gynaecology, Dental & the Forensic sectors. They have doubled turnover since 2016 and are forecasted to continue this exponential growth over the next few years, hence the need for a new field service engineer to join the team in the Northwest UK!

Role Overview

As a Field Service Engineer, you will be doing the servicing and repairs on a range of equipment including microscopes, patient furniture, stack systems and cameras covering the Northwest UK for labs and hospitals.

Key Duties

• Installation for all equipment.


• Servicing & Maintenance of all equipment.


• Providing excellent quality support for all customers when required.


• Administrative duties to be completed via the CRM system.


• Work closely with colleagues to provide customer feedback and insights.

Person Specification

• Qualified HNC/HND is preferred


• Experience working within the Medical/Dental space(autoclaves) is preferred


• Experience working in a Field Service Engineer role, with a good electro-mechanical background


• Software and Hardware experience is preferred


• Full Driving License

Package

• Base salary dependent on experience


• Commission (between �6k-�12k+ annually, paid quarterly)


• Bupa Pension scheme after 12 months

• 20 days' annual leave, increasing annually by 1 day to a maximum of 25 days
