We have an extremely exciting opportunity to join an ambitious and growing market leader as a Field Service Engineer within ENT, Gynaecology, Dental & the Forensic sectors. They have doubled turnover since 2016 and are forecasted to continue this exponential growth over the next few years, hence the need for a new field service engineer to join the team in the Northwest UK!
Role Overview
As a Field Service Engineer, you will be doing the servicing and repairs on a range of equipment including microscopes, patient furniture, stack systems and cameras covering the Northwest UK for labs and hospitals.
Key Duties
- Installation for all equipment.
- Servicing & Maintenance of all equipment.
- Providing excellent quality support for all customers when required.
- Administrative duties to be completed via the CRM system.
- Work closely with colleagues to provide customer feedback and insights.
Person Specification
- Qualified HNC/HND is preferred
- Experience working within the Medical/Dental space(autoclaves) is preferred
- Experience working in a Field Service Engineer role, with a good electro-mechanical background
- Software and Hardware experience is preferred
- Full Driving License
Package
- Base salary dependent on experience
- Commission (between �6k-�12k+ annually, paid quarterly)
- Bupa Pension scheme after 12 months

- 20 days' annual leave, increasing annually by 1 day to a maximum of 25 days
