Field Service Engineer

Right Now Group are currently partnered with an International Engineering client and industry leader who are recruiting within their Field Service Engineering team across the UK after a continued period of sustained growth.

No experience is required! However, If you are an experienced field-based Engineer/Technician or have previous hands-on experience/ qualifications within any of the following areas, then this would be beneficial!

Aviation or Car Mechanics Electronics Engineering Re-manufacturing/Assembly General Maintenance Facilities Maintenance
IMPORTANT: Full Training will be provided as well as a company Van - please note all applicants must have a full drivers license and be open to travel

Job Title: Beer Dispense Engineer

\n

Weekly Hours: 8:30 - 17:00 (weekend working is required, 1 in 4)

\n

Salary: £26k - £30k + Overtime available x1.5 Saturday, x2 Sunday + Events allowances

\n

Role Type: Full - Time Permanent

Location: London / South East Region - field based

Role Description

• Investigate technical issues and resolve along with realising opportunities appropriate to the business needs of the specific customer
\n
• Install, maintain and survey dispense systems Comply with all relevant health and safety legislation
\n
• Complete paperwork accurately and on time
\n
• Provide support required for internal and external customers
\n
• Be able to manage tight deadlines for physical and administrative aspects of the role Service levels to customer lead-times and KPIs
\n
• Provide Out of Hours reactive Maintenance cover part of the field service company rota
\n

Desirable

\n
• Previous experience in a Field Service Engineering or Technician role
\n
• Mechanical knowledge, previous experience in maintenance or some form of mechanics/engineering
\n
• Experience in working out on the road from a van or car
\n
• Good customer relationship skills
\n
• Flexible approach to working hours and days
\n
• Able to work under pressure
\n
• Have good problem-solving acumen
\n
• Able to both work independently and also as part of a team
\n
