Field Service Engineer

Field Service Engineer / Service Engineer / Field Technician / Installation Engineer needed to join a manufacturer of packaging machinery equipment.
The Field Service Engineer / Service Engineer / Field Technician / Installation Engineer will be responsible for the installation, commissioning, training, maintenance, and repair of machinery at customer sites.
The Successful Field Service Engineer / Service Engineer / Field Technician / Installation Engineer will be willing to travel internationally and have an electro-mechanical background and experience working with pharmaceutical packaging systems.

The Role:

\n
• The Field Service Engineer will be responsible for installation, commissioning, training, maintenance, and repair of machinery at customer sites
\n
• Liaise with various engineering departments
\n
• Follow detailed schematics/drawings
\n
• Provide technical support to customers
\n
• Work independently and as part of the team to meet project delivery dates
\n
• Regular International travel
\n

Requirements:

\n
• Prior experience as a Field Service Engineer / Service Engineer / Field Technician / Installation Engineer or similar position
\n
• Have an electro-mechanical background and experience working with pharmaceutical packaging systems (electrical bias preferred)
\n
• Experience with Turnkey projects
\n
• NVQ or higher preferred but not required
\n
• Willing to travel internationally regularly
\n
• Commutable to Worcester
\n
