You'll be responsible for managing group accounts, consolidations, reporting, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations

Description

• Prepare Financial Statements: The primary responsibility is to prepare financial statements such as balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements, and statements of shareholders' equity.
• Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual Reports: Ensuring accurate and timely reporting of financial results on a periodic basis, often used by management, investors, and regulators.
• Compliance with Accounting Standards: Ensuring that all financial reporting is compliant with applicable laws (e.g., GAAP or IFRS) and relevant local regulations
• Budget Preparation: Assisting in the preparation of budgets, monitoring performance against budgets, and identifying variances.
• Financial Forecasting: Preparing financial forecasts to project the company's future financial performance based on current trends and past results

Profile

• Accounting Knowledge: Mastery of accounting principles (GAAP or IFRS) and in-depth knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, taxation, and compliance.
• Financial Software Expertise: Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) and financial reporting systems, enabling them to efficiently manage data and generate accurate reports.
• Attention to Detail: A sharp eye for detail to ensure accuracy in financial statements, reconciliations, and compliance reporting
• Clear Reporting: Able to translate complex financial information into clear, understandable reports for both financial and non-financial stakeholders
