Key Accountabilities
Transactional Support

Generation of sales invoices and credit notes
Processing of supplier invoices
Support debt management
Support in AP Management
Preparation of billing schedules
Preparation of detailed monthly files and reconciliation
Support in sector specific Mess Accounts activities; e.g. bank reconciliations. Reporting & Analysis

Preparation of key business reporting – month end reports, client reports, business review reports and budgets
Preparation of Flash report
Support General Managers with financial analysis
Support the budgeting and forecasting process Management Accounting

Supporting Finance Managers post month end journals, ensuring all sales and costs are correctly recorded.
Support with pricing of Contract Variations
Adhoc management accounting support where requested
Simple variance analysis, understanding the drivers impacting performance
Collation of information for monthly balance sheet review Qualities / Experience

Looking to progress a career in Finance with relevant qualifications [e.g. CIMA/ACCA]
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Have an inquisitive and intriguing outlook with confidence to approach the business
Excellent attention to detail
Strong analytical and system skills
