IFA Administrator
Leeds
Salary up to £28,000 DOE
My client a leading Wealth Management company based in Leeds seeks an experienced IFA administrator to work in a small but busy team providing admin support to the advisers.
Must have experience working in Wealth Management.
Duties Include:
* Processing new business documentation in accordance with the agreed service and quality standards
* Producing all relevant paperwork for the client on behalf of the Adviser including quotations, illustrations, valuations and client reports
* Confidently handle complex queries from clients, Advisers and colleagues, taking the appropriate action to ensure the query is dealt with in a timely and effective manor
* Liaising with providers to obtain information relating to client policies
* To deliver a high level of support and excellent client service in accordance with FSA guidelines, internal policy and procedure and company service standards
* Ensuring all information on the client database is up to date
To be considered for this role you must have:
* Experience in working within a Wealth Management company in an identical role
* Experience of working with a wide range of financial services products
* Good knowledge of regulatory requirements
* Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
* Excellent computer and Microsoft office skills
