Job Description: We are looking for a meticulous and proactive Finance Assistant to join their finance department. The successful candidate will support the Finance Manager in ensuring the smooth operation of the school's financial processes.
Key Responsibilities:

\n- Assist with the preparation of financial statements and reports.
\n- Process invoices, payments, and receipts accurately and efficiently.
\n- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with school policies.
\n- Support budget preparation and monitoring.
\n- Handle queries from staff, parents, and suppliers regarding financial matters.
\n- Assist with payroll processing and related administrative tasks.
\n- Contribute to the continuous improvement of financial procedures and systems.

Requirements:

\n- Previous experience in a finance or accounting role, preferably within an educational setting.
\n- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
\n- Proficiency in using financial software and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
\n- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
\n- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
\n- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
\n- Knowledge of financial regulations and best practices.
