SF are proud to be supporting our long-standing client with an exciting temp – perm opportunity as a Finance and Billing Administrator

This position is offered for a temporary period of 6 months, with potential to transition to a permanent position based on satisfactory performance.

Salary £25,000pa
Hybrid working (2 days WFH)
Super Flexible hours
 

The Role:

As a member of the Finance Team you will provide effective and organised administrative support.


  • Proficient in reactive invoicing and job processing
  • Responsible for new contract
  • Collaborating with management teams during monthly meetings
  • Ensuring billing milestones are met and are successful to secure applicable budget and cash flow.
  • Daily reconciliation of cash receipts to customer sales ledger accounts.
  • Providing email response and distribution of our shared mailbox correspondence.
  • Ensuring correct invoices are produced and issued to clients in a timely, effective and efficient manner.
  • Using your excellent attention to detail to ensure operations provide correct data for invoicing purposes & question any/all discrepancies, with an ultimate goal of meeting revenue targets for your appointed regional area.

Key Skills:


  • A successful track record within a finance and sales ledger setting. 
  • Strong customer service skills and with a high level of organisation and the ability to manage a varied workload.
  • Adaptability to work across a number of market sectors with tenacity, drive, self-motivation and resilience.
  • Excellent communication skills and computer literacy.
  • The ability to self-manage your day & prioritise accordingly.
  • Ability to work strongly with a team to reach collective core goals.
