iRecruit4 are hiring for multiple Finance Adminstrators to work for our client in Swindon on a part time basis. These positions are on-going and can lead to a permanent position for the right candidate.



Benefits of the role:




  • Part Time working.

  • Accessible by public transport.

  • Temporary to Permanent Positions available. 

  • Up to £15.00 Per Hour, dependant on experience.



Duties of the role:




  • Working in a busy office environment.

  • Answering calls and emails in a polite manor.

  • Checking PO Numbers and notes.

  • Working with the finance team to check everything is correct on the system.

  • Updating CRM system and SAGE with client details.

  • Liaising with customers and handling any complaints effectively. 

  • Processing orders through phone, website and email.

  • Filling paperwork and orders.



Additional Information:




  • Candidates MUST have previous experience in CRM Systems and/ or sage.

  • Part Time Hours only.

  • No weekends.

  • £13.00 - £15.00 Per Hour

  • Monday to Friday.

  • Perfect hours in-between school runs.

  • Candidate must have a high level of organisation.
