Finance Analyst London, UK ??30,000 - ??35,000pa (depending on experience) Permanent + Full time and Hybrid working The successful candidate will be responsible for the weekly and periodic reporting for the business as well as partnering the Head of Finance with ad hoc projects including budgeting and reforecasting. They will need to be analytically minded and keen to get involved in all aspects of the business, helping to drive us forward as we continue to grow. Key Responsibilities Producing our weekly and periodic reports, providing data to our teams on sales, labour, guest metrics and other key KPIs. Producing periodic reports and presentational slides on business performance for senior leaders across the business. Understanding our data sources and being the go-to person with data queries and requests. Using our database to build reports providing insight to senior leadership to help drive conversations around efficiency, profitability and growth. Building strong relationships across, and supporting, other departments with data analysis and financial queries. Supporting the Head of Finance with projects such as budgeting, reforecasting and cashflow. Supporting the Head of Finance and others with ad hoc projects as the business continues to grow. Requirements A university degree or equivalent with strong numerical ability. An accounting qualification or a keen interest in accounting with the desire to obtain qualifications. Experience of Microsoft products with strong Microsoft Excel skills. Commercially minded with excellent analytical skills. Good communication skills, both verbal and written with the confidence to work with leaders across the business. Ability to work to a high standard of accuracy with excellent attention to detail. Experience in a hospitality or multi-site environment preferred. A self-starter who wants to learn and develop in a growing and supportive team.
