Description

• Analyse financial data to provide accurate and timely insights to support decision-making.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including variance analysis and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Assist in the development and preparation of budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans.
• Perform financial modeling and scenario analysis to assess the financial impact of business decisions.
• Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Support the finance team in month-end and year-end closing activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Assist with internal and external audits by providing relevant financial data and supporting documentation.
• Collaborate with various departments to gather financial information and provide insights on performance.
• Develop and maintain financial reports, dashboards, and other analytical tools to track business performance.

Profile

• May be studying towards an Accountancy qualification.
• May have previous experience working as a Finance Analyst.
• Proven experience (1-3 years) in a finance or analytical role.
• Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial analysis tools; experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus.
• Knowledge of financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
• Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and a strong desire to learn and grow professionally.

Job Offer

Salary: �35,000 - �55,000
