Finance Assistant (Part-time - 25 hours)

We are looking for a Finance Assistant to provide finance support within Prodrive's Brand& business. In this position you will provide financial integrity to the month-end process, review and ensure compliance with all Prodrive finance policies and meet all financial reporting deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
Administer the AP function, including the set-up of new supplier accounts and ensuring that all invoices are matched with POs and entered on IFS in an accurate and timely manner.
Reconcile supplier statements, ensuring that any discrepancies are investigated by liaising with creditors and internal staff.
Support the Sales Department with customer orders, ensuring all invoices and credit notes are raised in an accurate and timely manner.
Complete the daily bank reconciliation, allocating payments and receipts.
