Finance Assistant

CMA Recruitment Group is currently partnering exclusively with an attractive brand based in Christchurch, Dorset. Our client has a requirement following continual growth to recruit an Finance Assistant on a permanent basis.
Reporting to the Management Accountant, the successful candidate will start a hands-on role in assisting with all aspects of transactional finance. This is an opportunity to start a broad role where you can carry out a varied remit of work whilst working with a dynamic team.
The Finance Assistant opportunity is paying a salary range of £25,000-£28000 depending on experience.

What will the Finance Assistant role involve?

• Purchase Ledger and Sales ledger;
• Bank reconciliations;
• Supplier reconciliations;
• Cashbook;
• Supporting in month end;
• Support in reporting for senior finance team;
• Ad hoc duties.

Suitable Candidate for the Finance Assistant vacancy:

• Background in transactional finance with a detailed understanding of purchase ledger;
• Self-motivated individual and enjoys working as part of a team;
• Confident systems and excel user, experience in Sage 200 is highly advantageous;
• With AAT studier or equivalent qualifications, or qualified by experience.
