Finance Assistant- £24,000-£26,000 + Benefits- Soho, London (Hybrid)- Permanent
IN2 Consult is partnering with a large, market leading organisation which is a part of a £30 Billion revenue group on the recruitment of a
finance assistant to join their large accounting and finance function.
This is a unique entry-level opportunity for ambitious candidates looking to pursue a career in accounting and finance with exposure to month-end management accounting,
business partnering and commercial finance as well as strong long-term career progression.
The Key Duties of this finance assistant role include:
Balance sheet reconciliations
Raising invoices and credit notes in line with business requirements and approval process
Assisting with month end close in line with business requirements.
Updating and posting monthly fixed journals.
Reviewing and updating contracts data files.
Exposure to working with the Finance Business Partner & Senior Finance Business Partner with ad hoc tasks.
Maintaining KPI reports to ensure fit for purpose.
The desired candidate will have the following:
Excellent communication skills and ability to work with stakeholders are different levels
Strong attention to detail
Previous exposure to using Excel
Ambition to go down a career within accounting and finance
Previous degree/ hands-on experience in accounting and finance is desirable but not required
