Finance Assistant

We are collaborating with a prestigious organisation near Malvern who are looking for a full-time Finance Assistant on a permanent basis. This position provides an excellent opportunity to join a highly regarded establishment known for it’s positive and supportive community environment.

• Recording all Purchase Order requests in a timely manner and within the approved budget


• Working closely with the Finance Manager with any ad hoc duties to support the division.


• Managing staff expenses


• Reconciliation of supplier statements


• Requesting copy invoices as and when required


• Processing credit card statements


• Assisting with payment runs
