Finance Assistant
Cantello Tayler Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Finance Assistant to join a growing organisation based in Bagshot, Surrey.
The Finance Assistant responsibilities include:
- Accounts payable - including creation of purchase orders, approval of supplier
- invoices and set up for payment.
- Sales Ledger - including creation of quotes and raising client invoices.
- Credit control
- Support monthly bank reconciliations across multiple currencies
- Providing monthly reports to management team
- Supporting the project team with general administration duties
The Finance Assistant required skills and experience:
- Organisational skills to plan, prioritise and execute duties
- Attention to detail
- A flexible approach and a willingness to learn / provide new ideas
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Discreet when dealing with matters of a confidential nature
- Experience in an office-based finance administration role is essential
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365
- Working knowledge of Xero or similar systems
- Knowledge of project management system such as Wrike
- Competent in European languages such as German, Polish desirable but not
- essential
