Finance Assistant

Cantello Tayler Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Finance Assistant to join a growing organisation based in Bagshot, Surrey.

The Finance Assistant responsibilities include:

  • Accounts payable - including creation of purchase orders, approval of supplier
  • invoices and set up for payment.
  • Sales Ledger - including creation of quotes and raising client invoices.
  • Credit control
  • Support monthly bank reconciliations across multiple currencies
  • Providing monthly reports to management team
  • Supporting the project team with general administration duties

The Finance Assistant required skills and experience:

  • Organisational skills to plan, prioritise and execute duties
  • Attention to detail
  • A flexible approach and a willingness to learn / provide new ideas
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Discreet when dealing with matters of a confidential nature
  • Experience in an office-based finance administration role is essential
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365
  • Working knowledge of Xero or similar systems
  • Knowledge of project management system such as Wrike
  • Competent in European languages such as German, Polish desirable but not
  • essential
