Finance Assistant
Cantello Tayler Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Finance Assistant to join a growing organisation based in Bagshot, Surrey.
The Finance Assistant responsibilities include:
Accounts payable - including creation of purchase orders, approval of supplier
invoices and set up for payment.
Sales Ledger - including creation of quotes and raising client invoices.
Credit control
Support monthly bank reconciliations across multiple currencies
Providing monthly reports to management team
Supporting the project team with general administration dutiesThe Finance Assistant required skills and experience:
Organisational skills to plan, prioritise and execute duties
Attention to detail
A flexible approach and a willingness to learn / provide new ideas
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Discreet when dealing with matters of a confidential nature
Experience in an office-based finance administration role is essential
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365
Working knowledge of Xero or similar systems
Knowledge of project management system such as Wrike
Competent in European languages such as German, Polish desirable but not
