Responsibilities:
\n
\n
\n- To raise and maintain timely and accurate purchase orders for indirect items.
\n
\n
\n- Processing and paying invoices
\n- Preparing and distributing checks to employees and vendors
\n- Processing bank transfer requests
\n- Completing and submitting tax returns, VAT returns and National Insurance contributions
\n- Checking and updating ledger balances
\n- Scanning, filing and logging account documents
\n- Updating computerised accounting systems
\n
\n
\n
Skills and qualifications:
\n
\n- An interest in financial services
\n- Strong IT skills, Sage experience
\n- Ability to Multi-task
\n- Good verbal and written communication skills
\n- Strong organizational skills.
\n- Ability to commute to Newton Aycliffe
