CMA are currently working with a luxury branded business that operate within the hospitality sector.  They are currently looking to appoint a Finance Assistant to support the Finance Manager with the day to day transactional aspects of finance.  This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual who is in the early stages of their accounts career and looking to acquire exposure across all area of finance.

What will the Finance Assistant role involve?


  • Post all bank payments and receipts to Sage.
  • Daily bank reconciliations.
  • Post supplier invoices and file electronically.
  • Reconcile supplier statements.
  • Ownership of the supplier purchase ledger procurement system.
  • Entering daily revenue on flash reports.
  • Entering data on key performance reports and reconciling revenue reports.

Suitable Candidate for the Finance Assistant vacancy:


  • Some experience within a finance role would be ideal, alternatively you will be actively studying your AAT or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
  • Professional and confident telephone manner.
  • A willing team player with a flexible working attitude.
