Finance Assistant

Our client is looking for a Finance Assistant in Nottingham within Manufacturing and Production, reporting to the Head of Finance on a temporary basis and starting as soon as possible.

You will play a vital role in our client's Finance Team.

The successful Finance Assistant will be working closely with the Head of Finance to handle all functions related to finance.

Client Details

Our client is a well known business within in Nottingham.

They are offering a salary up to �28,000 (DOE) and an immediate start.

For the successful Finance Assistant, this is a temporary position for c. 6 months.

This is a 100% office based role.

Description

Finance Assistant Key Responsibilities:

• Purchase Ledger
• Sales Ledger
• Reconciliations
• Dealing with queries
• Processing payments
• Experience supporting with year end
• Cash allocation
• Liaising with external stakeholders
• Adhoc duties that may be required

Profile

The successful Financial Accountant:

• Be immediately available or available on short notice
• Excellent Excel skills
• Experience in a similar position
• Experience supporting with year end
• Finance system experience
• Be able to commute to their site in Nottingham everyday
