About the Role:

Our client is�looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Finance Assistant, the role involves diverse responsibilities across accounts payable and receivable, expense reporting, payroll assistance, and general administrative support.



Key Responsibilities:




  • Accounts Payable: Processing invoices, reconciling accounts, and maintaining supplier records.

  • Accounts Receivable: Managing invoices, following up on payments, and maintaining customer accounts.

  • Expense Reporting: Ensuring compliance with company policies while managing employee expense claims.

  • Payroll Assistance: Supporting payroll processes as needed.

  • Audit & Administration: Providing documentation for audits and performing general office duties.



Requirements:




  • Proven experience in a similar finance role.

  • Proficiency with SAGE.

  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

  • Strong time management skills and ability to handle sensitive information.





This is a full time permanent position with a salary of �25,000-�30,000p/a dependent on experience.
