Search Recruitment are seeking a Finance Assistant for our client's East Lothian office on a 1 year fixed term basis. Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will provide a range of finance administrative services to support our client's Finance department. If you have experience in a high-volume transactional finance department and are looking to join a supportive team, you would be encouraged to apply.

Your key responsibilities will include:
* Processing and issuing sales and purchase invoices.
* Liaising with internal & external stakeholders to resolve invoice queries promptly.
* Assisting with the preparation of payment runs to ensure timely payment.
* Ad-hoc administrative and finance support as required.

Key skills & experience you'll ideally have:
* Previous experience working within a transactional finance team.
* Experience with financial or ERP systems.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
* Demonstrable attention to detail.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
