Location:
Hybrid opportunities based in Corsham (1-2 days per week in office)

Our Team
Our finance department is part of our wider support team, which includes finance, quality, HR, and IT support. We’re a collaborative group of individuals who support the consultancy arm of our business.

The Role

* Support the finance team in closing monthly accounts, ensuring all financial data is accurate and up to date, including processing purchase invoices and expenses, and accounts payable functions.

* Process weekly timesheets and raise sales invoices.

* Assist with credit control procedures.

* Ensure sufficient cover on projects for invoicing procedures.

* Maintain strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in financial records and reports.

Please note that all applicants must be able to obtain and/or maintain a valid security clearance.

Skills & Experience

* Experience with Sage 200 (beneficial)

* Membership in a professional bookkeeping body (beneficial)

* Experience managing business invoices

* Ability to maintain and analyse financial records

* Strong communication skills and the ability to communicate at various levels

* Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently
