We are currently recruiting for an experienced Finance Assistant based in Bedford for one of our clients on full-time permanent basis. 

Responsibilities of the
 Finance Assistant


  • Manage accounts receivable functions.
  • Raise, post and manage invoices.
  • Accounts receivable ledger.
  • Bank reconciliations.
  • Sending AR statements to clients.
  • Aged debtor reports.
  • Running and uploading monthly payroll.

Requirements for a successful Finance Assistant 


  • AAT qualified.
  • Accounts Receivable experience previously. 
  • Strong IT skills with experience using Sage Intacct System.
  • Experiencing running and managing payroll.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Attention to detail.

Salary: £28,000
Location: Bedford
Type of Contract: Permanent
Hours: 40 hours, Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm
